2026 SPRING AUBURN HOME REMODEL & OUTDOOR EXPO – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Dates & Location: April 10–12, 2026 – Gold Country Fairgrounds, Auburn, California

We’re excited to welcome you as an exhibitor at the 2026 Spring Auburn Home Remodel & Outdoor Expo! Your booth space will be officially secured once we receive your completed exhibitor agreement and full payment.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your booth.
   
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and other options outlined during the registration process.
   

• Cancellations made after February 9, 2026 (within 60 days of the event) are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations made on or before February 9, 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee.
   
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@auburnhomeexpos.com.
   

• We make every effort to honor your preferred booth location.
   
• The event team reserves the right to adjust booth placements as needed to improve show layout, traffic flow, and overall attendee experience.
   

• Exhibitors are expected to maintain professional, friendly, and respectful behavior throughout the event.
   
• Inappropriate or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the expo without a refund.
   

• Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays during the designated move-in and move-out times provided by the event team.
   
• Any materials left behind after teardown will be discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.
   

• The 2026 Spring Auburn Home Remodel & Outdoor Expo and the Gold Country Fairgrounds are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.
   
• Exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage for potential risks.
   

• If the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), exhibitors will be notified promptly.
   
• In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but the event may be rescheduled.
   

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above and commit to participating in the 2026 Spring Auburn Home Remodel & Outdoor Expo in a way that supports a positive experience for all attendees and exhibitors.
