Please read through these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

- Thursday, April 9, 2026: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday April 10, 2026: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (must be fully set up by 9:00 AM)
Move-Out Dates & Times:
- Sunday, April 12, 2025: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM (no early breakdown)

Move-In Instructions
Important Notes:
- Exhibitor Check-In: Upon arrival, check in at the Exhibitor Registration located at the entrance. You'll receive your exhibitor badges and booth assignment.
- Move-In Process: Use the designated loading docks (if available) or unload at your booth directly. Be sure to unload quickly and move your vehicle to the designated parking area.
- Booth Materials: Have your booth set up and ready to go upon arrival. Standard booth materials such as tables, chairs, and drapes will be provided.
- Set-Up Time Limit: All booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 18, 2025, prior to the show opening.
Move-Out Instructions
Important Notes:
- No Early Breakdown: Booths must remain intact until the event officially closes at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Early dismantling is strictly prohibited.
- Dismantling Process: Pack up your materials carefully and remove them from the venue by 11:30 PM. Exhibitors using the loading dock should wait until after the public exits to begin loading.
- Vehicle Access: After the show closes, exhibitors will be allowed to access the loading area. Please move your vehicle quickly to allow space for other exhibitors.
Booth Information & Add-Ons
Standard Booth Package Includes:
- Booth Space

Add-Ons Available for Purchase: Additional tables, chairs, electrical outlets, lighting, custom signage, carpet, flooring, and more. You can purchase these items through the Exhibitor Add-Ons Page on our website starting 60 days prior to the event.
Exhibitor Badges & Access
Each exhibitor receives two badges. Additional badges can be purchased during registration. Badges will be available for pick-up at Exhibitor Registration when you check in on-site.
Parking & Directions
Exhibitor Parking: Free parking for exhibitors. Please park in the designated exhibitor lot to ensure ample space for attendees.
General Directions: Detailed directions to the Gold Country Fairgrounds and parking areas will be available on the venue map.

- Arrive Early: Arriving early gives you more time to set up your booth and avoid the last-minute rush.
